Stability, Motion and Ease: Exploring the Gunas

Join Sarah at North Portland Yoga for a two-hour workshop investigating the dynamic balance between the three ever-shifting states of mind and body, which yogic philosophy calls the gunas. Through meditation, somatic movement and asana, we'll explore stability and ease in a constantly changing internal and external world.  

After the class there will be an open house for those interested in Sola School's 200-hour teacher training immersion, The Art of Teaching.
